    1. COI had this same issue. On my local pc the client and the hosted wcf service works fine. When I deploy to Windows 2008 server the client give me this error "Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information."

When used the TransactionScope I got the following error "The underlying provider failed on EnlistTransaction.{"The partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004D025)"}". I end up doing the job outside the iteration.
