    1. COHi @Sridher Sri, by "CRM", do you mean Customer Realationship Management (like MS Dynamics), or Customer Segmentation tool(more bespoke things like proclarity/SAS/etc)? These are really quite different requirements.

    2. COWell done @Spacehamster on using all the technologies! I'm impressed. Its unfortunate that sometimes parts of the business get caught up in "strategic" or "political" decisions that stall really good projects. The skills you have developed are definitely worthwhile and transferable. I'd be very cautious about showing the prototype to prospective employers, except with the explicit permission of your company, as they paid you to develop it, so the IP (and more importantly the data) is theirs. The market in Tassie is pretty small for DWH/BI, but certainly in Melbourne/Sydney is it very big. GL!

    3. COI guess this depends on the need you have in your DWH from a reporting perspective, you could do what you suggest, or just add the new fact records for the most recent Person/Address combination. Both are reasonable, but if you want to do "as at" reporting, then if you add a new document you may not want to add the historic Person/Address records since that document never existed at that Person/Address combination ... just thinking out loud and again it depends on your application/report requirements. If you want some more detail, I could add another "Answer" ...
