    <p>I am an iPhone game developer & business owner. My career in media has spanned from junior designer to art director, and I have also worked as a professional advertising and assignment photographer. I have been published both in the print and online media. I have provided education/training to those interested in all of these fields.</p> <p>Before changing careers to the gaming industry, I worked my way up the ranks as a print and web designer. I can recall the days before Photoshop and Illustrator. I made it through the 1990's tech bubble unscathed. I have been through two layoffs. I have also hired and created work for others. I have been in charge of up to 90 programmers. I have ventured out on my own to pursue my a dream of becoming a published photographer and have received a grant and honors for my work. It’s this experience that helped me develop my unique and recognizable aesthetic. It has also developed my understanding of business as a freelance professional and small business owner.</p> <p> I am about doing things right. I believe the secret to success is showing up, applying my skills, experiences and creativity and to never stop exploring or learning about anything I find interesting. This has always provided new perspectives and added to my creativity.</p> <p> When I'm not behind a computer, blogging or tweeting about iPhone Game Development, you'll probably find me with my wife, perhaps playing music, at a bookstore, spending time with animals big and small, taking photos or just taking a walk with my headphones on.</p>

    1. COYou should listen to your girlfriend she is more important then anything discussed here - all of these questions will be irrelevant sooner then later - technology enables new technology but never a guarantees one to be a better human or help a relationship. I still stand behind apples tools - you code python w/xcode - you can even convert it to objective c - take the time to understand xcode in depth - why ask questions if you aren't willing to try new things anyway - why work at anything at all if you don't want to be the best at what you do. Peace
