    1. COI still wonder why you would want overlapping labels, but to avoid overlapping controls I would go with `CreateGraphics().DrawString()`.

    2. COInteresting question. Would deriving a `RevenueTransferRequestFromEmployee` from `Employee` be overkill? Thinking out loud here... just to point out, the `[Key]` attribute is not needed if it's sitting on top of a property that's named `[typename]Id` or `Id`, because Entity Framework finds the key by *convention over configuration*.

    3. COI think you could create a concrete (non-abstract) and generic implementation to "talk" to the other library, like `GenericSegment<T> where T : BaseSegment` on top of the above, you should be able to supply the other library a GenericSegment<LeadSegment>.
