    1. COI work for New Relic. If the errors were captured by the new relic agent, they'll show up under the Events top navigation category, Errors sub-tab (when looking at your app overview in our UI). The URL will be something like https://rpm.newrelic.com/accounts/X/applications/Y/traced_errors. If they weren't captured by NR, they probably happened due to your webserver (not the java process, but whatever front-ends for it) or the JVM crashed. If this isn't the case, open up a support ticket at http://support.newrelic.com and we can help you debug further.

    2. COI work at New Relic. This blog post and information is pretty outdated - if @randombits is using an agent version from say the past year, it won't work. A co-worker is about to post a more current answer.

    3. COI work at New Relic. There's an easy way to integrate blazemeter into the NR dashboard though there's no tutorial. Click on "plugins" in your NR account navigation sidebar, which will take you to a directory. Search for "blaze" and you'll find the plugin along with instructions for integration. Once you have it setup, you'll automatically get a "blazemeter" entry in that same nav sidebar, and therein should be metrics. Blaze supports their plugin here: http://community.blazemeter.com/knowledgebase/articles/214577-blazemeter-plugin-for-new-relic . You'll have to ask them for further help.
