    1. COAccording to Joel, Fog Creek added plug-ins to FogBugz for precisely this reason. That way ancillary features can be implemented as plug-ins without them having to fundamentally changing their product.

    2. COPerhaps it would be helpful to provide some background for why you need to force GC. Typically in a garbage collected language it is bad practice to explicitly call the collector.

    3. COProbably shouldn't expect an answer but I'll ask anyway - Are you sure this is really what you want to do? Unless this is a very low-traffic site, if you want to log something it would probably be "better" to write it to a database, system log, etc.

A row detail

Detail views are divided into sections. All the information in the data section comes from columns in the selected row. The other sections display data from other, related rows.

Related data can be related in a to-one or a to-many fashion. Captions of data related in a to-many fashion link to a list view showing a filtered view of the table.

Try moving around until you find a non-empty to-many entry and click on the label to get to one. You can move back to the root by clicking on the database name in the header.
