    <p>I'm using JPA (Hibernate implementation) to save objects to the database. Selecting works fine, but for some reason, saving doesn't work. I don't get any errors, but the database doesn't get changed either.     1. COI faced the same problem: Hibernate + JPA + Spring. Insert query gets generated in the logs(indicating that flush() etc was already in place). Tried everything including transaction commit and other suggestions on the web. And I don't know how but a table drop-and-recreate at DB level worked for me.
