    2. COMy first question would be - why is this happening in the first place? Is this one of those scenarios where QA is incented to submit spurious bugs? It sounds like a contentious relationship. I would try to have a conversation as peers - you are on the same team , after all, and share a common goal of producing a good product. The tone of such a conversation should be about the process, not the people. Avoid the us-vs-them commentary, and focus on how the process can be improved. I'd much rather a meeting of the minds than escalating to management.
