<p>I need the instance of <code>DownloadManager</code> class in the gingerbread framework layer. I tried this,</p> <pre><code>mgr=(DownloadManager) getSystemService(context.DOWNLOAD_SERVICE); </code></pre> <p>But it is not working. How can i download a file using the download manager from the framework layer?</p>
