If I'm right, I cannot use WPF relative declarations as explained <a href="https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1026342/how-can-i-tell-my-datatemplate-to-bind-to-a-property-in-the-parent-viewmodel">here</a>.</p> <p>I would prefer if my child view-models wouldn't require a reference to the "parent" view-model.</p>
