    <p>Are you limited to .NET 2.0? In .NET 3.0 or higher, there's the <code>GlyphTypeface</code> class, which can load a font file and exposes the <code>CharacterToGlyphMap</code> property, which I believe can do what you want.</p> <p>In .NET 2.0, I think you'll have to rely on PInvoke.     2. COYes, I am limited to .NET 2.0. The other problem is, that your code does the check for each separated character. But in some languages (like arabic) there is no 1 to 1 relationship between a character and a glyph. Some glyphs are depending on surrounding characters and some characters are joined to a single glyph. So I need a method which checks a complete string...

    3. COThe GetGlyphIndices function does take a string as a parameter, so you could pass a complete string if you wanted. I only rigged it like this because I thought you were checking individual characters.

A row detail

Detail views are divided into sections. All the information in the data section comes from columns in the selected row. The other sections display data from other, related rows.

Related data can be related in a to-one or a to-many fashion. Captions of data related in a to-many fashion link to a list view showing a filtered view of the table.

Try moving around until you find a non-empty to-many entry and click on the label to get to one. You can move back to the root by clicking on the database name in the header.
