    <p>I'm looking a for term extraction algorithm/service. This is just a suggestion for an editor, so the extracted terms can be incomplete. Thus, I want it to compare the text against a list of available terms, and does not suggest terms outside this list.</p> <p>The task seems trivial: for each term, count the number of appearance in the text, filter the top terms. But here I have <em>a list of a few dozens of thousands of terms</em>, this task looks like impossible. Do you know a service or an algorithm that does it?</p> <p>Another detail is that while I'm quite happy with a term extraction service (then filter those terms based on my list), this is non-English language and most words are compound words, therefore I don't know any useful service.</p> <p>Thanks.</p> <p>Edit: an example</p> <blockquote> <p>Hôm thứ Hai 31/1/2011, Ericsson cho biết đã trình diễn mạng HSPA (High-Speed Packet Access) với tốc độ tải xuống lên đến 168 Mbit/giây, tốc độ tải lên 24 Mbit/giây.
