    <p>I am trying to save a User, their Profile, and some tags and my join table that links the profile and the tags keeps getting messed up.</p> <p>The profile model is called Instructor, the tag model is called Subject.     1. COEverything is saving like it should. I just don't understand why all of the form fields that represent INT fields are being considered as ID's for use in my join table.
