    <p>I'm trying to deploy an MVC app which runs fine in Visual Studio 2008 yet gets this error when deployed to the server. <strong>"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."</strong> The line of code it fails on is :<strong>&lt;%= Html.ActionLink("Home", "Index", "Home")%></strong>.
