    1. COThanks, I searched the help files and didn't find that myself. Looking back, I suppose it would have been smart to loop the ServerVariables collection and see what was there.

    2. COI'm curious, is "HTTP_CLUSTER-HTTPS" a typo? You have one with two underscores, and one with an underscore and a dash.

    3. COThe [link](http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/465/url-rewrite-module-configuration-reference/#Rule_action) rewrite rules replace dashes with underscores so it probably doesn't matter. It seems work precisely as shown here or with both underscores from my direct experience.

A row detail

Related data can be related in a to-one or a to-many fashion. Captions of data related in a to-many fashion link to a list view showing a filtered view of the table.

Try moving around until you find a non-empty to-many entry and click on the label to get to one. You can move back to the root by clicking on the database name in the header.
