1. COIn passing in additional parameters - I am trying to find a parallel to form data so I assume I have a name and a value parameters. So is formdata.append("name", "value" equal to params.name = "value"? And is this basically a multi/part POST?

Try moving around until you find a non-empty to-many entry and click on the label to get to one. You can move back to the root by clicking on the database name in the header.
