    1. COI implemented your suggestion, but for some reason, every image size in the array results in a 1x1 image on a white background no matter what image I manipulate. If I comment out the final crop, it works (each image is +2 pixels all around)...so it doesn't seem to want to handle the "resize" command and then the final "crop" command without turning the image into a 1x1 image for some reason. I have the sizes that they're supposed to be being written to a log file and they all appear correct. Any further ideas? I greatly appreciate your help.

    2. COYou might have to "repage" the image after cropping using `$image->Set(page=>'0x0+0+0');`.
