    1. COThanks for your suggestions! I don't have any "Security" tab. Please see [here](https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/116120595/images/403_props.png) for a screenshot of the document properties window for one of the problematic files (in this case a .js file). I did NOT use the WordPress uploader because I'm not such a fan of all the separate folders it creates. When I'm typing PHP or CSS, I like clean, short image urls and I don't get those with the uploader.

    2. CONot using the Wp uploader should simplify fixing the problem. Follow the below steps to get your security tab to show: 1) Open Windows Explorer, and choose Folder Options from the Tools menu. 2) On the View tab, scroll to the bottom of the Advanced Settings and clear (click) the check box next to "Use Simple File Sharing." 3) Click OK to apply the change, and you should now have a Security tab when viewing the properties of a file on an NTFS volume.

    3. COthanks again! I granted `Full Control` to the Windows User Accound (named "Work") under which I work on my website (see [here](https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/116120595/images/full_control.png). But even after shutting down my system entirely and restarting it, I still get a 403 Status Code ([screenshot](https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/116120595/images/403_error.png)). Btw, I verified that the `Full Control` applies to `This folder, subfolders and files` for this Windows User Account. Perhaps I need to create a new `Group or User Name` for Apache?

A row detail

Detail views are divided into sections. All the information in the data section comes from columns in the selected row. The other sections display data from other, related rows.

Related data can be related in a to-one or a to-many fashion. Captions of data related in a to-many fashion link to a list view showing a filtered view of the table.

Try moving around until you find a non-empty to-many entry and click on the label to get to one. You can move back to the root by clicking on the database name in the header.
