    <p>This question might have asked here number of times . After doing some google search for the above error and doing some update, I can't understand why I'm still getting that error.     1. COSo, what exactly does your classpath look like? You must put the JAR file (mysql-connector-java-5.1.5-bin.jar) in the classpath.

    2. COThe exception message has a colon in the class name, which I don't believe should happen.
