    <p>I am getting error "External component has thrown an exception." randomly in my VB.net project.We are using .net framework 4 and we are upgraded from VB 6 to VB.NET. If HRESULTE_FAIL returned to System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException,it maps it to ExternalException.
