Answering your original question, the good way to test if your ISP is not blocking listed ports is this: <pre><code># yum -y install tcpdump # tcpdump -i eth0 "port 137 or port 138 or port 139 or port 445" </code></pre> (substitute eth0 with the name of the interface connected to the Internet). Then you should try accessing the share (net view / net use / Windows Shell).
