    <p>I've ruby 193 app and I've installed Heroku toolbel to load then my application on it, which automatically installs ruby 192.     1. COYour local Ruby is seeing `Errno::ETIMEDOUT` when trying to connect to the Heroku API to run your command. Is there some sort of proxy or filter between you and the Internet?

    2. COeh, I do not think ... I have not set any proxy or filter, but maybe my router fastweb did it for me. how can I check?
