    <p>Whenever I try to start a new rails project, I keep receiving an error msg. I am brand new to Ruby and have never used Rails before.     1. COCan you post the output of `ruby -v`, `rails -v`, and `rvm -v`. You may need to reinstall the `rake` gem.
