    copied!<p>I'm completely new to Ruby on Rails, and I'm having trouble setting it up on my <strong>Windows PC</strong>. I have successfully followed the instructions on <a href="http://rubyonrails.org/download" rel="nofollow">http://rubyonrails.org/download</a>.
