POHow is a Log4j2 JDBCAppender used to insert into a date column?

copied!<p>I am trying to use Log4j2's <a href="http://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/appenders.html#JDBCAppender" rel="nofollow">JDBCAppender</a> to insert a value into an Oracle date column.
